TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MARKETVIEW BASIC (MVB) SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE

MarketView Basic is a subscription service where we share important market insights, what it means to your operation, and what you can do about it.

Water Street Solutions® agrees to communicate with Client through:

1. Daily Market Email, Weekly Market Video, and Texts/Emails/Videos from Darren R. Frye or another Advisor

2. A dedicated Market Advisor for Unsolicited Servicing

Automatic Renewal and Termination

Services automatically renew on the anniversary date of the signed Client Agreement, according to the terms selected in the Agreement, less any applicable one-time, first year charges. In the case of service scope requiring pricing adjustments, a new Agreement can be implemented at the renewal date or when mutually agreed to by Water Street Solutions® and Client.

If Client wishes to terminate service, the Client agrees to serve a written notice of said termination sent to Water Street Solutions at 60 State Street, Suite101, Peoria, IL 61602.

Confidentiality

Except as may be necessary to discharge its duties, Water Street hereby agrees that any and all information received from the Client will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared or disclosed to any third party. The Client will refrain from sharing or disclosing any of Water Street’s intellectual property, including marketing recommendations, with any third party. Any breach of this confidentiality will be grounds for termination of this Agreement by the non-breaching Party.
